What rules must be respected onsite?
Sessions take place in the evening and near the Institution nationale des Invalides, we thank you for keeping quiet until you enter the Dôme.
Food and drinks forbidden onsite.

Do I have to book online or on site?
It is not possible to buy a ticket onsite. Tickets can only be purchased in advance on aura-invalides.com.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts about 50 minutes. It is necessary to arrive 20 minutes in advance for access and security checks.
Is it a seated experience?
The AURA INVALIDES experience is a walk inside the Dôme des Invalides. There is no seating.
At which entrance of the Hôtel national des Invalides do I have to go?
The exact meeting place and time are indicated on your ticket. No other entrances will be accessible on the evening of your visit.
Can I bring a stroller ?
You cannot bring your stroller. Bulky objects are not allowed onsite for security reasons.
Is there a cloakroom service ?
There is no cloakroom service.
What age is the show suitable for? Do children need a ticket?
The show is not recommended for children under the age of 5 due to the high sound volume. However, if you choose to attend with young children, we strongly recommend bringing noise-cancelling headphones for their comfort.
Admission is free for children under 5, and no ticket is required for them.
Please note that strollers are not allowed inside the Invalides. You may leave them at the reception desk, where our staff will be happy to assist you.
Is the show accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Unfortunately, the Dôme des Invalides is not equipped with wheelchair ramps. There are about fifteen steps at the entrance. However, if the person in a wheelchair is accompanied, our team can assist by carrying the empty wheelchair and helping with access to the entrance platform.
Once inside, the show is fully accessible from a wheelchair.

Please note: the small chapels accessible during the 15-minute walkthrough are not yet adapted for wheelchairs, but a solution is currently being considered.
